It was such a pleasure to work with Manulani Acosta from We Are Miami Real Estate. Before choosing a real estate agent, I did a lot of research online and found Manulani. My situation was unique with the sell of my childhood home in Miami and I live cross country. After speaking with Manulani I was blown away with her. She spent hours answering all my questions, providing objective data on the housing market and providing tons of comps in the area. I was concerned that my house was going to be difficult to sell since it needed a lot of TLC after being a rental for years. Manulani made the process easy and took the extra steps that many other Realtors don't take. She went out and found me a great handyman that came in a gave the the house a total overhaul. Manulani was so amazing taking care of every detail of prepping my house for market. After long days at work you would find her in Home Depot picking up paint for my house or ordering windows for me. Her hard work, knowledge and dedication to her clients paid off. My house went under contract within days after completing the house refresh. Manulani walked me through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
