Manulani Acosta has been a full time Realtor since 2005, successfully turning her passion into her career. Manulani was born in Miami, Fl. but spent her adolescence going back and forth between Miami, FL. and Paterson, N.J. She was mesmerized by her grandfather, a Paterson Police Officer/FireFighter/Entrepreneur– whom she watched buy businesses, purchase rehabs, and flip houses in both Miami and New Jersey.

After obtaining her Sales Associates license, Manulani dove headfirst into the industry at full speed. In 2008 she obtained her Broker’s License and opened her own office, which she later franchised in 2010. During it all she quickly began her career in commercial real estate and began representing tenants such as Segafredo, Brickell Irish Pub, and Oishi Thai. With her experience and urgency Manulani has also earned the prestigious (CLHMS) Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist from the (ILHMS) Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. Members of the Institute who hold the CLHMS designation have documented exceptional performance in the TOP 10 percentile of their residential markets, having successfully demonstrating expertise in the luxury home and estate market. In addition, Manulani holds the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) Designation showing expertise with Buyer needs as during the home buying process. As well as SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) Designation which excels her specialty, helping Sellers leverage themselves when selling their homes.

Later in her career Manulani also took on the role working as District Manager / Broker Associate for Realty World South Florida. She was one of five managing brokers that represent five offices and nearly eight hundred agents throughout South Florida. She managed 170 real estate agents from her Doral office on a daily basis, responsible for the growth of the branch by both agent count, retention, and increase in production, simultaneously providing a regular calendar and open-door policy for training and support. She was also responsible for teaching classes and mentoring agents. In 2019 Manulani decided to return her focus to full time sales and building her team, “We Are Miami Real Estate”.

Manulani is active in the Realtor community on both a local and state level, sitting on multiple Boards of Directors. In 2017 she sat on the Leadership Board for Miami Realtors YPN (Young Professionals Network) providing information and education for young professionals in the industry. In 2020 she served as the Sponsorship Chair for NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), Miami Chapter educating Realtors about Home Ownership for Minorities and the Hispanic Community. She also served as the 2020 Awards Chair for the Women’s Council of Realtors, Miami Chapter. Manulani has also been on the Florida Realtors Board of Directors state level ongoing since 2017, and still currently serves.

On her spare time Manulani enjoys staying active with her family and boating on Miami’s warm waters.
